Despite the current pandemic, ELCR remains busy producing more online educational resources for people to benefit from while at home, in addition to continuing to respond to calls from individuals and organizations around the country seeking help with various local horse land issues. However, like many other non profit organizations facing hardship at this time, ELCR relies on individual contributions to operate and fulfill its mission.
